Political Science from the University of Rochester and completed a
JD/MBA program at Quinnipiac University in 1998. John also selected for
an International Law Summer Program in Florence, Italy through
Georgetown University School of Law. For the past 7 years, Attorney
Pfannenbecker's has utilized his legal and business education and their
principle facets of business law in both national and international
settings including: entity formation; contract negotiation; commercial
and residential real estate transactions; taxation and governance;
trusts and estates; commercial transactions; commercial litigation;
intellectual property; franchising; internet and e-commerce; and mergers

LLC, John is also the founder and member of the Law Offices of John P.
Pfannenbecker, LLC.
