Mark Sisk, of Wilmington, Delaware has been practicing law for almost 30 years primarily in the areas of criminal defense, family law, and real estate. He was City Prosecutor for the City of Newark for 15 years, and represented the Newark Parking Authority until it merged with the Downtown Newark Partnership. Mark now represents clients in defense of criminal charges in all the courts and counties of Delaware. A particular focus of Mark's practice is students and the law. Mark practices extensively in the Family Court in all counties in Delaware, and has frequently been an instructor in seminars in the law of domestic relations. Mark has always practiced in the area of residential and commercial real estate and related land use issues such as zoning, code violations and other administrative proceedings, particularly in the City of Newark. Among the projects in which he has been involved in Newark are the renovation and restoration of the historic Deer Park Hotel, and the Washington House condominium project on the site of the Stone Balloon tavern. Mark is a member of the Newark Morning Rotary Club, and the Board of Directors of the Newark Senior Center. Mark is also a columnist for the Newark Post. From grade school through law school Mark was a singer and guitarist in various rock bands, and, in 2002, joined the classic rock band “Club Phred” with whom he now performs.
