Scott Timothy Penner, Esq., of Branford, CT, is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University and Temple University School of Law. Since admission to both the Connecticut Bar in 2002 and the New York Bar in 2004, Scott has distinguished himself in the legal community and in the business of title insurance. He began his career as an associate attorney at Hurwitz, Sagarin & Slossberg, LLC with emphasis on real estate, probate administration, real property, and civil litigation. Scott has also served as General Counsel for a large mortgage origination company where he was responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with state and federal banking laws and regulations. He is also the President of Hartford National Title, Inc. and manages the company's daily operations.
