Penner Law Firm, LLC continues to grow!

Penner Law Firm continues to expand in response to its clients needs. We continue to add new talent in order to better serve our clients needs. Today we welcome Attorney JoAnn Sensale as well as Attorney Daniel Hamad of Southbury, CT to the firm.

Attorney Sensale has been practicing law for nearly twenty years and will work out of our Milford, Connecticut office. Her focus is in real estate law including real estate litigation and transactions. JoAnn brings an immense amount of experience to the firm.

Attorney Hamad will also work out of our Milford office. He will concentrate on real estate law as well as estate administration and corporate issues.

John P. Pfannenbecker, of Woodbridge, CT graduated with joint JD/MBA degrees from Quinnipiac University Schools of Law and Business.  His focus is primarily in Business & Commercial, Estate Planning, Intellectual Property, International, and Taxation areas of the law. 

Thomas P. Stoney II, of Summerville, SC, has been practicing law for 32 years is limiting his practice to real estate, probate, estate planning, and general business matters with a statewide practice headquartered in the Charleston, South Carolina area.

We are also pleased to announce that we are available for all of your closing and settlement needs in Massachusetts, South Carolina, and Delaware as we have added new associate counsel in those states!

Recently, Thomas P. Stoney II, of Summerville, SC, joined our staff allowing Penner Law Firm to provide legal services for real estate title and closings in the State of South Carolina. 

With the addition of Attorney Brian Fournier, Penner Law Firm now addresses all your real estate title and settlement needs in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. 

Finally, Attorney Mark Sisk currently handles our clients’ real estate matters for the State of Delaware!
