John P. Pfannenbecker, Esq. of Woodbridge, CT graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Rochester and completed a JD/MBA program at Quinnipiac University in 1998. John also selected for an International Law Summer Program in Florence, Italy through Georgetown University School of Law. For the past 7 years, Attorney Pfannenbecker has utilized his legal and business education and their principle facets of business law in both national and international settings including: entity formation, contract negotiation, commercial and residential real estate transactions, taxation and governance, trusts and estates, commercial transactions, commercial litigation, intellectual property, franchising, internet and e-commerce, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition to being on staff of Penner Law Firm, LLC, John is also the founder and member of the Law Offices of John P. Pfannenbecker, LLC.
