The system automatically posts updates to members of the transaction including brokers, agents, lenders, and title companies and allows everyone to view the status of a transaction at any time. The secure Web-based real estate transaction management platform eliminates many of the problems that are common to the closing process such as updating and maintaining documents, and informing all relevant parties of what, if any, next steps are required. With TransactionPoint, all the documents are available online, and accessible from anywhere to all appropriate parties. The technology saves plenty of time by eliminating such administrative tasks like typing, copying, and mailing documents.
